Introduced with the new HD version of the level 8 quest on July 24th, 2012.
During the level 8 quest, The Mist-Shrouded Peak can only be accessed by getting eXtreme at the The eXtreme Slope, or by having ninja carabiner, ninja crampons, and ninja rope in your inventory.
On January 2, 2025, renamed from ninja carabiner to loose ninja carabiner.
