The hippy stone prevents you from participating in PvP (Player versus Player) combat until you smash it. Once the hippy stone is smashed, you will be able to attack and to recieve attacks from other players.
After you smash it, you may not rebuild it until you have gone 2 weeks without initiating an attack on another player. The hippy stone is also repaired on Ascension.
