The word "Mandarin" can mean either a Chinese bureaucrat or a fruit very similar to a tangerine.
"Mandahugginkiss" (more often "Amanda Hugginkiss") is a prank name, like "Pat McCrotch." It is probably refrencing an early Simpsons episode, one of Bart's famous pranks on Moe.
"Mandarina colada" is a play on a famous tropical drink called "Piña Colada."
