The Market Square in Seaside Town is home to a number of NPC stores (as opposed to the stores in the Mall of Loathing).
Here for your shopping pleasure are:
- The Flea Market
- Mr. Store
- The Meatsmith
- The Armory and Leggery
- The Market
- Doc Galaktik's Medicine Show
And then there's A Reasonably-Sized Fountain.
Finally, on rare occasion, The Traveling Trader appears for a single day.
History
- On October 5, 2010, The Sewer in the square was never there.
- On October 27, 2010, both The Gift Shop and the Trophy Hut relocated to Bordertown to avoid the skeleton invasion. Then, on October 28, The Bugbear Bakery moved to the newly appearing Forest Village in The Distant Woods.
- On October 29, 2010, the skeletons overran the The Gigantic Superfluous Fountain.
- On October 30, 2010, the skeletons moved to The Cannon Museum, leaving behind just rubble in the square.
- On November 5, 2010, the Town was rebuilt, along with the Market Square itself. Here is what the Market Square used to look like.
