When Used

• Against an undead enemy:

	You snip your opponent with the ghostly scissors. <He> moans and grows noticeably more faint. You must have severed some sort of ectoplasmic umbilicus or something..
	Monster attack power reduced by 30% Monster defense reduced by 30%

• Otherwise:

	You snip your opponent with the ghostly scissors. <He> winces as the ghostly blades pass through him.
	Monster attack power reduced by 20-30 Monster defense reduced by 20-30

• Subsequent times in the same combat:

	Your thumb is too tired to use scissors again this soon.

Notes

• Staggers your opponent 100% of the time, but only if they are undead.
• Using the scissors a second time in one combat does not consume a round (twiddle).
