Mayor Zapruder is the Mayor of Degrassi Knoll. He will start offering you a few quests once you are level 2.

Quests
Once you complete all three quests, visiting the Mayor will give the following message:
- "Thanks again for your help with our bugbear situation, Citizen. The Knoll is truly grateful."
