Mayor Zapruder is the Mayor of Degrassi Knoll. If you have ascended with a Muscle zodiac sign (Mongoose, Wallaby, or Vole), he will start offering you a few quests once you are level 2. You cannot receive these quests until after your first ascension.

Once you complete all three quests, visiting the Mayor will give the following message:
- "Thanks again for your help with our bugbear situation, Citizen. The Knoll is truly grateful."
