This is a tiny zeppelin full of super-flammable hydrogen gas. Think of all the fun things you can do with this -- you can throw tiny plastic figures out of it and say "No ticket," you can light it on fire and say "Oh, the tiny humanity!", you can... well... just watch it serenely float around indoors. That's a lot of fun, too.
