The first player made one was made by Padfootsm using a multi of his.  It's made by combining the Dusty Animal Cranium to the Dusty Animal Jawbone, making the Dusty Animal Skull.  Then the player must collect every single bone out of the rest and then use the skull.  Only then will it be completed.
