mutant fire ant egg
This is the egg of a mutant fire ant. Did you know that in some parts of the world, ant eggs are considered a delicacy? They're apparently delicious if you fry them up with some garlic and butter.
Of course, I'd eat my own head if it was fried up with garlic and butter.
