N. O. Beer

This is a glass of fluorescent green beer from the radioactive microbrewery in the basement of the Noblesse Oblige clan hall. It smells like a dangerous combination of power and generosity.

When Consumed

You bring the N. O. Beer close to your lips, but the intense waves of radiation pouring from the bright green liquid give you pause. You decide it'll be healthier to drink no beer at all.

Notes

• Given to the members of Noblesse Oblige to give away. It cannot be consumed, despite the July 2, 2005 leaderboards (and a few after them) indicating that Jick has consumed one of them.

• The description is a play on the clan's motto: "Power through generosity, generosity through power".
• Without the periods, the name of this item reads as "NO Beer" further showing that using this item has the same effect as not consuming a beer.
• "N. O. Beer" may also be a play on "N. A. Beer", an abbreviation for non-alcoholic beer, sometimes referred to as "near beer".
