Porko is a game playable in the Big-Time Generator adventure, and at The Porko Palace in Elvish Paradise.

When playing Porko, you are presented with a Pachinko-like game board featuring nine slots on the top row from which you can drop a token, a grid of pegs which will send the token left or right as it falls, and nine slots on the bottom row into which the tokens can fall.

During the Big-Time Generator adventure, you must get the token into a specific slot to complete the quest. This appears to be guaranteeable on a single try every time.

When playing at The Porko Palace, each slot will be labeled with a value from 0 to 3, indicating how many lunar isotopes you will win if the token lands in that slot. You must pay 1 isotope per adventure. You get 3 balls per adventure, and all 3 are played on the same board. You get a new board each adventure.

  • The relationship between peg style and peg image is consistent within each Porko board, but can change from game to game.

References

  • Both the name of the game and the way it's played are a reference to Plinko from the game show The Price Is Right. Plinko, in turn, is a variation of the iconic Japanese parlor game pachinko.
