- Drops in one of the stupor adventures when adventuring in a St. Sneaky Pete's Day Stupor on St. Sneaky Pete's Day VI (St. Sneaky Pete's Oyster Day) and St. Sneaky Pete's Day VII.
- Used to help the Boozehare open his bottle of wine, with the reward of a St. Sneaky Pete's Day goodies basket, on St. Sneaky Pete's Oyster Day.
- Used to remove your own spleen in The Unkindest Cut adventure on St. Sneaky Pete's Day VII.
- If you have the dual-wielding skill you must have the corkscrew equipped as your primary weapon, not in your off hand.
