Pretentious Artist Quest

Description

Go to The Dirt-Walled Hovel of The Pretentious Artist, which is on the bottom left hand corner at the wrong side of the tracks. Inside, the Pretentious Artist will ask you to recover his paint, paintbrush and pail.

Tasks

• Adventure in The Haunted Pantry until you acquire the pretentious palette.
• Adventure in the Outskirts of Cobb's Knob until you acquire the pretentious paintbrush.
• Adventure in The Sleazy Back Alley until you acquire the pail of pretentious paint.
• Bring these items to the Pretentious Artist

Reward

• You acquire a pail.
• The Pretentious Artist will buy rat whiskers from you for 50 meat each.
• The Pretentious Artist will draw tattoos for you based on the outfit you are wearing.

• On initial visit:

  You there. I am the greatest artist that the Kingdom of Loathing has ever known. Lately I've been unable to work, however, because my paintbrush, my palette, and my pail of paint have been stolen.
  
  Could you find them for me? The last time I remember having the palette, I was near the Haunted Pantry, and I'm pretty sure one of those barbaric Knob Goblins stole my brush. As for the pail, I sometimes accidentally leave things lying around the Sleazy Back Alley, so maybe you could check there.

• On subsequent visits:

  You still need to find my paint, my palette, and my paintbrush. Please hurry! Check Cobb's Knob for the brush, the Haunted Pantry for the palette, and the Sleazy Back Alley for the pail of paint.

• Upon completion:

  "Hooray! Now I can once again create paintings of such stunning beauty, such rich symbolism, that maybe a few people in this horrible, oppressive world can begin to understand my pain."
  
  The artist pours the pail of paint into a huge barrel, then says "Oh, hey, umm, do you want this empty pail? I don't really have room for it, so if you want it, you can have it."
