- Decreases Monster's Level by 3

Notes
- Creates barbed-wire fences at your Campground. (each fence used will add one to your campsite total, up to a maximum of nine). Barbed-wire fences reduce the Muscle of players who attack you in PvP.
References
- The phrase "the whole 9 yards" derives from the expression which dates from the Second World War, where the "nine yards" was the full length of a machine-gun ammunition belt, and to "go the full nine yards" was to use it up in its entirety.
- Alternatively, it could be referring to the movie, the whole nine yards.
