This is a barbed wire fence from Distant Lands.
This'd probably be pretty useful in defending your campsite.

Notes
- Creates barbed-wire fences at your Campground. (each fence used will add one to your campsite total, up to a maximum of nine). Barbed-wire fences reduce the Muscle of players who attack you in PvP.
- Decreases Monster's Level by 1-7
- Has approximately 40% chance of stopping monster's attack
- Required in order to defeat the Enraged Cow in The Sorceress' Tower.
