This is a key shaped like a T. It's made out of two things which were shaped like Ls.

You use the T-bone key to unlock the meat locker.

You acquire an item: empty Orcish meat locker

You acquire an item: meat stack

This key may be a reference to an episode of The Real Ghostbusters. The Ghostbusters ended up trapped in a dimension where all lost items go, and had to combine two L-shaped pieces of metal to form a key and escape.
