This is a scroll used by the Penguin Mafia Pasta Chefs when they need to whip up some delicious pasta in a big hurry. Or some big pasta in a delicious hurry. More often the former than the latter.

When Used
You read the runes on the scroll. A dish appears in front of you. That'sa good service!
You acquire an item: random pasta dish
Randomly gives one of several pasta dishes:
- boring spaghetti
- delicious noodles
- delicious spicy noodles
- fettucini Inconnu
- gnocchetti di Nietzsche
- painful penne pasta
- ravioli della hippy
- spaghetti with Skullheads
- spicy noodles
