Notes
- This item is one of the two standard drops from The Bonerdagon (along with the chest of the Bonerdagon).
- Unlike some other boss drops, the skull will always drop, no matter what setting The Super-Secret Canadian Mind-Control Device, The Annoy-o-Tron 5000, or detuned radio might be on.
- Take the Skull to the Council of Loathing, and they'll turn it into a dragonbone belt buckle.
