snakehead charrrm
This charrrm looks like the head of a snake, which is why it's called a snakehead charrrm. I mean, it wouldn't make any sense to call it a moosehead charrrm, now, would it?

Notes
- Became a Quest item when NS13 was rolled out.
- This item will only drop when you have acquired and read the relevant page of Your father's MacGuffin diary. It is not necessary to have completed the other sub quests.
- It appears that post-NS13, this item will only drop twice per ascension. Having two in inventory, storage, etc., even in the form of a Talisman o' Nam, appears to negate further drops.
