You start to ascend the staircase, but only get about halfway up before the stairs collapse, depositing you in a crumpled heap on the floor. Who left that crumpled heap there?

Stairs Up is located in Spookyraven Manor.
Notes
When visited, it turns into Broken Stairs.
When the Stairs are repaired, they grant access to Spookyraven Manor, Second Floor.
