This is a cummerbund formerly worn by a Mob Penguin Soprano. It'll give you the support you need to hit those high notes. You're not sure if it does so by uttering soothing phrases of encouragement, or by preventing you from getting a hernia.

- Can also be obtained by using a Frozen Mob Penguin.
- Prevents you from getting a hernia when you sing a Mafia aria.
- Formerly dropped at The Icy Peak during the Penguin Mafia era, also dropped in the Icy Peak in The Recent Past during the Temporal Rift era.
