This effect's muscle bonus increases or decreases, depending on moonlight.
- X = 25 * (light - 4)

This is a play on the line "Oh no, Paul! You is a werewolf!" from the 1996 film Werewolf (as seen on Mystery Science Theater 3000), where all the main characters seem to have incomprehensible accents, with the result that none of them are able to pronounce "werewolf" the same way.
