You encounter a Gnollish Bugbear Trainer, who is training a group of bugbears to do various household tasks. One is busily slicing up meat, one is dipping candles, and one is baking cookies. The trainer recognizes you and thanks you for getting rid of the pesky fairies. He instructs one of the bugbears to give you a gift, and it gingerly hands over a gingerbread bugbear. It manages to only scratch your hand a little bit, rather than severing half your fingers like a wild bugbear would.

Notes
- Only occurs once per ascension. Will not appear if you already received the One Day in the Life (In disguise) adventure.

- The three bugbears are being trained to be a butcher, a baker, and a candlestick maker, based on a old nursery rhyme (“Rub-a-dub-dub, three men in a tub / and how do you think they got there? / The butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker / ’twas enough to make a fish stare!”)
