You try to enter the filthworm queen's chamber, but the guards outside the door block the entrance. You must not smell right to 'em.

The filthworm queen has been slain, and the hive lays empty 'neath the orchard.

If you have the effect of Filthworm Guard Stench you will fight the queen filthworm
Fighting the queen filthworm is needed to complete The Organic Orchard quest and unlocking new produce in The Organic Produce Stand and allows you to purchase things there.
