Tickle-Me Emilio
This is a little action figure that appears to be a furry version of Emilio Estevez. According to the back, it features a tiny plastic six-shooter, an authentic felt miniature letterman's jacket, and "vulgar tickle-me action."

Notes
Acquired after trading in 2,500 Candy Credits at the Crimbo Town Toy Factory (2011). It can be sent as a present to any player other than yourself, and as of yet cannot be opened.
