This is a tiny plastic golem made of tiny plastic fruit. You know where tiny plastic fruit comes from, right? No, not tiny plastic Carmen Miranda's hat. It's from fake plastic trees. You have to give them lots of fake plastic love to get them to bear fruit, though -- it'll wear you out.
The bottom of the base reads "Series 2, 63/64 (C)."
