Tome of Rad Libs
This is a magical book containing magical stories. The stories are magical because they're written by you! Specifically, they're written by you filling in your own nouns, verbs, and adjectives in the blanks. Or, if you're me, just writing "boobs" in all the blanks.

Notes
- The description initially ended with: [CDM: Text when somebody summons "You tear a couple of Rad Libs out of the book, and mentally review how to spell 'boner' and 'farts.'"
- When placed on a player's Mystical Bookshelf, this item grants use of the skill Summon Rad Libs. This skill can be used in all Normal and Hardcore ascensions thereafter.
