You're attuned to the frequency of the Pork Elf transporter booth hidden (in plain sight) on the Right Side of the Tracks in Seaside Town.

Notes
- Allows you to access A Transporter Booth in the Right Side of the Tracks.
- Attempting to adventure in space without this effect gives the message
