Location
Quest
Visit the Untinker. He tells you that he needs his screwdriver, which is in Degrassi Knoll. Adventure in that location until you find the rusty screwdriver, and then return it to him.
Notes
If you have ascended with a muscle sign, Innabox has the screwdriver.
