It charges at you. You manage to avoid it, but you do so by falling into a really, really cold snowbank.Brrrrrrrrrrr. (cold damage)

It butts you in the kidney with its big curly horns. Ow! Ow! Oof! Oof! Ouch!

It tries to butt you in the <leg>, but you quickly turn the tables and <leg> it in the butt, instead.

It charges at you, but since two of its legs are shorter than the other two, it ends up veering off to the right and missing you.

The ram charges at you, but loses its footing and tumbles down the side of Mt. McLargeHuge. How embarrassing.

On a Critical hit:
The ram charges at you and knocks you high into the air with his horns. As you fall, he knocks you into the air again. This goes on for a long time, and then you see the words "200-Hit Combo!" appear in yellow letters above the ram's head.

Occurs at The Icy Peak.

References

  • The '200-hit combo' is an obvious reference to fighting videogames. Several such games allow one player to knock the other player helplessly into the air and hit them several times before they land. This text may specifically refer to Marvel vs. Capcom I, a game which has 100+ hit combos and orange-yellow numbers that count the number of hits in the current combo.
  • The 'runs faster and crashes less than your average ram' is a reference to the memory called Random Access Memory or RAM.
  • The miss message about two legs being shorter is a reference to an old joke about mountain goats having shorter legs on one side. Depending on which side, they can only go around the mountain peak either clockwise or counterclockwise.
