This is a little cake covered in delicious vanilla icing (too cold, too cold). It might have a little plastic toy hidden in it; apparently St. Sneaky Pete's Day is sponsored by the Loathing Dental Association.
The cake almost seems to say, "let me go, and you will want me more," but you're not about to fall for that again.
Type: food (quality unspecified)
Size: UNSPECIFIED
Cannot be discarded
(In-game plural: vanilla-frosted king cakes)
