This is a volleyball with a bloody face on it. It's cute.

When Used
You put the blood-faced volleyball in your Familiar-Groâ„¢ Terrarium.
It begins to float back and forth in the terrarium, smiling at things.
Reference
- This familiar is a reference to the 2000 movie, Cast Away, in which Tom Hanks's character is stranded on an island and obtains a volleyball from one the packages he was delivering. He painted a face on the volleyball and named it Wilson. He even spoke to it.
