This is a volleyball with a bloody face on it. It's cute.

Obtained by using a volleyball while having the Bloody Hand effect.
Becomes a Blood-Faced Volleyball:
To encourage creativity amongst its players, KoL will not let you name your volleyball Wilson. Attempts to give the name Wilson to your volleyball will cause it to be automatically renamed to one of the following: Spalding, Molten, Baden, Mikasa, Brine, Tachikara. Trying to replace the L with a second I (i.e.- Wiison) will have the same effect. However you are allowed to name it Willson, with two L's, or Wils0n, with a zero.

You put the blood-faced volleyball in your Familiar-Gro™ Terrarium.

It begins to float back and forth in the terrarium, smiling at things.

This familiar is a reference to the 2000 movie, Cast Away, in which Tom Hanks's character is stranded on an island and obtains a volleyball from one the packages he was delivering. He painted a face on the volleyball out of blood and named it Wilson. He even spoke to it.
