This is a volleyball with a bloody face on it. It's cute.

References
- This familiar is a reference to the 2000 movie, Cast Away, in which Tom Hanks's character is stranded on an island and obtains a volleyball from one of the packages he was delivering. When he cuts his hand and gets blood on the volleyball he shapes it into a face and begins to refer to it as a person (Wilson) to ward off the loneliness.
