So, is this the Penguin Mafia at work? Or something under the auspices of the council?

My friend and I think it's the mafia. He says it might be another store, where you can buy comet chunk related goods. That wouldn't explain why it's on the right side of the tracks, but still, it's propable. Isaac June 9, 06
