This is a big cone of bright blue plastic. A clue! A clue! You have no recollection of how or where you got it, but it's like I always say -- it's not a good night unless you end up with a traffic cone!
Wait a minute, a blue traffic cone? Who ever heard of a blue traffic cone? It must have been outside of a blue house with a blue little window. Anyway, stay tuned for my new single, "The Traffic Cone Blues."

Notes
- This item appeared in players' inventories the next morning if they had seen the To the Rescue stupor adventure, available by adventuring in a St. Sneaky Pete's Day Stupor on St Sneaky Pete's Day V. The adventure would only occur if they were wielding a cheap plastic bottle opener.
- For a while, a glitch occurred and people had multiple blue traffic cones. Riff then fixed it after a thread was posted in the forums.
