**Can you explain what you mean? What I said agreed: The number of rainbows consumed is stored in a permaflag, which does not require any perming. Therefore, it does not matter what level you perm the skill at, it will always be that level. {{User:Cool12309/sig}} 23:46, 3 September 2014 (UTC) | |||
