- I beat the boss bat on my first ascension (no zodiac sign) so I was unable to get to the MCD yet I still got boss bat britches. --Jedibob5 16:30, 23 April 2006 (CDT)
- That's not possible. Are you sure there was no mistake?--SomeStranger (Talk | Contribs) 17:48, 23 April 2006 (CDT)
- You must be mistaken, because that isn't possible. --wexer9 07:07, 3 January 2007 (CST)
Only eight heads?
"He headbutts you, with both heads. And both foreheads. All eight heads, then."
Hmph, surely that adds up to ten heads? Both heads + both foreheads = 2 + 2*4 = 10. This bothers me greatly. --Eitheladar 05:19, 1 March 2007 (CST)
- Just looking at the sentence without thinking too much about the logical aspect of it, I would think perhaps literal wordplay. (Read: It could be including the "heads" in "headbutts".) xD --'Ivan 05:25, 1 March 2007 (CST)
Burly Bodyguard Bat (NS13)
As of NS13, trying to reach the Boss Bat requires you to get past a Burly Bodyguard Bat first. I'm level 4 with 17/13/13 in my stats, and it was hitting for 14 damage each time. I hit once for 2 with a set of Knob Goblin tongs.
Something seems to me like there might be some other way to deal with this bat. --Southwest 03:00, 25 June 2007 (CDT)
