I am wondering if there is a connection between the drop of this item and Monster Level | I am wondering if there is a connection between the drop of this item and Monster Level? I wasn't getting this drop, so I sniffed the "obsessively imagining your worst phobias" monster and still wasn't getting it. When I increased my ML to +35 (just randomly threw on a couple of ML items), I got them every few adventures. Caveat lector: I didn't do enough adventures to be sure, thus the mention in discussion rather than a page update.
