I don't know how big of a deal this is, but there is Goat Cheese Pizza for 252 meat and it's not listed.--[[User:Jupider|jupider]] 00:27, 23 January 2007 (CST) |

I believe Jick fixed the problem with the Chez Snootée not allowing consumption past 15, once for the Stomach of Steel and again for the Feast of Boris. --Doppelheathen 18:45, 23 Sep 2005 (MDT)
Specials prices
All specials seem to cost three times the autosell value of the food. All, except this one:
carob chunk cookies: 121 Meat
But carob chunk cookies autosell for 52 Meat, so they should cost 156 Meat at Chez Snootée. Is this a typo here, or do they really cost 121 Meat? It's strange - 121 isn't even divisible by 3. --Pcentella 20:27, 13 Jul 2005 (Central Daylight Time)
Verified and corrected at 156 on Oct. 7th --Williabr 08:09, 10 Oct 2005 (MDT)
What can or cannot be the daily special
We've already seen painful penne pasta for sale, but with today's sale of ghuol guolash it appears to me that any food can be sold as the daily special - even those that normally require class-specific skills or that earn a trophy.
Judging by the appearance of especially salty dogs and N. O. Beer at the microbrewery, I suspect it's only a matter of time before pickles appear here. Too bad the DB and TPS drinks don't appear at the microbrewery.
Only time (or Riff) will tell - so I'll keep an eye out! We don't want to miss herb brownies or spectral pickles the way we missed the frozen mushrooms for sale yesterday, do we? --Temporary Man
Herb brownies appeared on Sunday! I'm leaving oxygenarian for this - good thing I'm only softcore! --Temporary Man
There were N.O. beers at the microbrewery?! Wow. Any idea if they were actually, you know, drinkable? Crystallina 18:21, 9 Aug 2005 (Central Daylight Time)
Should all possible daily specials have a note about Chez Snootée or no?--Dehstil (t|c) 17:37, 14 September 2006 (CDT)
- I'm still kind of indifferent on this one; since all food would go under this.--Dehstil (t|c) 19:42, 21 October 2006 (CDT)
- I've tallied up some totals: there are currently 209 "regular" Food items, 103 of which are available as specials, 31 of which are linked here on the item pages. Looking at The Gnomish Micromicrobrewery for the sake of comparision, there are currently 137 "regular" Booze items, 59 of which are available as specials, only 1 of which is linked to the Micromicrobrewery on the item pages. Almost half of the Food/Booze items are available in the NPC stores. Of these, only 20% have been backlinked to the NPC stores. This tells me that it's pretty meaningless as to whether or not an item can be a special: the chances of finding any particular item at the NPC store is pretty small. This conclusion is supported by the low percentage of specials that are linked: people just don't care. Accordingly, I'll remove all the NPC store links (except for green beer, which is special). --Gymnosophist 04:39, 31 October 2006 (CST)
- OK, all cleaned up. I left toast, tofurkey gravy and raspberry alone as they had special notes. --Gymnosophist 05:01, 31 October 2006 (CST)
Gloomy Black Mushroom?
April 24th. I read there were Gloomy Black Mushrooms that you couldn't eat, but all I saw there was Toast.Raijinili 13:48, 24 April 2006 (CDT)
- I saw the system message when they changed it from Gloomy Black Mushrooms to Toast. I didn't think to cut and paste, but it said something about Chez Snootee being struck by lightning and it changing all the gloomy black mushrooms to toast. They caught it fairly quickly, the message was not too long after rollover.--RyokoYahagi 15:04, 24 April 2006 (CDT)
- I Believe that it has somethign to do with the way that Chez Snootee is coded. In order for food items to not randomly appear in the shop they must be individually listed in an exclusion list. It appears the dev team forgot to do so in thsi case. --SomeStranger (Talk | Contribs) 15:56, 24 April 2006 (CDT)
- So should there be a list of things that CAN'T be there? --Raijinili 17:16, 24 April 2006 (CDT)

Fullness
Let's somehow keep the fullness & adventures given for the Regular Menu items. Even thought it may not be there in-game, it's certainly helpful. --Gymnosophist 22:18, 9 September 2006 (CDT)
Bonus adventures?
I would assume that Opossum sign, milk of magnesium, and munchies pills affect foods consumed through here, but has anyone done any testing on it? If so, can we drop a note into the article about it? --J12601 20:54, 28 October 2006 (CDT)
