I'm new to the whole wiki edit thing, but this is a new ultra rare, I'm pretty sure. It's dropped at the Icy Peak when you fight the Knott Slanding (the link to the picture is slanding.gif ). Vanxidomor 21:39, 30 October 2007 (CDT)
