With the Oscus wand (stench) and Scratch manacles (hot), along with the Pastamancer cold flavour, my spells were doing persistent hot damage. So it looks like accessory > off-hand > spells, unless there's some weird ordering by itemid. Order of Operations
With the Oscus wand (stench) and Scratch manacles (hot), along with the Pastamancer cold flavour, my spells were doing persistent hot damage.
