Boon of the Storm Tortoise
Lightning arcs from your weapon to any nearby metal objects. You might want to avoid playgrounds until this wears off.
Your melee attacks restore some MP

Notes
- Melee attacks give the message:
- Electricity crackles around you. The Storm Tortoise is pleased.
 | You gain 1−10 Mana Points. |
- MP restored scales to the damage dealt with weapon-based or bare-handed attacks (including all Bonus Weapon Damage, elemental or physical). You gain floor(damage/20) MP, capped at 10 MP.
- You do not gain MP for non-weapon attacks such as Toss, or for glancing blows, or for the additional damage sources conferred by Headbutt, Kneebutt or Shieldbutt (et al.), or for the recurring damage caused by Spirit Snap and/or Shieldbutt.
