So as of a day or two ago, the tooltip for fury was displaying 1 bonus weapon damage for each gallon of fury. This was both with and without Seething of the Snow Leopard. Today, (with Seething) it's showing a flat 3 bonus weapon damage, regardless of whether I have 1 or 5 gallons of fury.
