Converting
- KY1 -- 8/30/04 to 12/3/04
- KY2 -- 12/4/04 to 3/9/05
- KY3 -- 3/10/05 to 6/6/05
- KY4 -- 6/7/05
KY1, 2, etc.. are arbitrary years cribbed from Subjunctive KOL's SISC system. ;)
