*My guess is that it calculates your damage and defense as if you had a weapon and a shield equipped. Of course, the trick is figuring out what power weapon your Surprising Fist is equivalent to (and what power shield).   • My guess is that it calculates your damage and defense as if you had a weapon and a shield equipped. Of course, the trick is figuring out what power weapon your Surprising Fist is equivalent to (and what power shield).
