Hmm, these aren't too bad, not that great equipment-wise, but then again, it's like having an extra manual of transmission/dexterity/labor.  Free additional exp each day is quite nice...and for that matter, I wonder if there's a trophy for using the toy a certain number of days... --[[User:Jimfromtx|Jimfromtx]] 01:28, 27 December 2007 (CST)

Revision as of 07:28, 27 December 2007

When used text: "You tear open the Crimbo Pressie like a kid on Crimbo morning."

I also received a ball-in-a-cup.

--Carrothatman 22:08, 24 December 2007 (CST)

Ball-in-a-cup here. Someone who knows how, make a page for it. +2 Mysticality per fight, so I figure there's a muscle one and a moxie one as well.
--Tiwaz 22:12, 24 December 2007 (CST)

I got a set of jacks.

These set of Crimbo presents are disappointing. I mean, that's it?! That's all they're going to give?!--Penguin Overlord 22:13, 24 December 2007 (CST)

Muscle one is a handmade hobby horse (also +2, to Muscle). And, yeah, I'm feeling pretty stupid here for picking both of the other ones up for a decent bit of change without first checking the stats; maybe it's time to call it a night.--Carrothatman 22:15, 24 December 2007 (CST)

Yeah, so far these are the only three I've heard of. Also keep in mind though, we've gotten a new item every day for the past twelve days, including some awesome equipment/accessories, a new familiar, a new outfit, and some of the strongest combat items yet. If it helps... think of it as hanukkah rather then Christmas. A gift a day and so forth, rather then all at once. -Darkwolf 22:21, 24 December 2007 (CST)

To be honest, they're not all that different from the Tropical Crimbo set. And if nothing else, a "disappointing" set of items as the final gift fits the whole theme as expressed in the "the old days were better" rant from the final adventure in the Dodecahedron. --Douglas Hossenfeffer 22:28, 24 December 2007 (CST)

I have three accounts. One muscle classed, one mysticality classed, one moxie classed. The muscle one opened the horse, the mysticality one got a ball-in-a-cup, and the moxie one got the Jacks. Coincidence, or does the item you receive depend on your current class? --Lolo 22:31, 24 December 2007 (CST)

  • I also got moxie on a moxie account and myst on my myst main. --The KoW 22:35, 24 December 2007 (CST)
    • I got a ball-in-a-cup on my seal clubber... Guessing you got lucky. --Denarius 22:39, 24 December 2007 (CST)
  • I'm moxie class with muscle zodiac and got the horse. Might be something like current class if not ascended or current zodiac sign if ascended.
  • My 3 accounts had no matches. Muscle and moxie got the ball in cup, and mystical got the jacks. I think Lolo got very lucky.....--Vince3 03:15, 25 December 2007 (CST)

No [Crimborg] themed wrapping paper, though -- hey? Nah. Too much of a recurring theme I suppose. Gotta shake it up a bit. ;) --MinuteEgg 22:34, 24 December 2007 (CST)

  • Skully said that to discourage multiabuse that the wrapping present way of outfits was not going to be used this year. --Chunky_boo 22:38, 24 December 2007 (CST)
  • As an AT under a moxie sign, I got the jacks. So I dunno, there may be something to that. --Santasassassin 04:57, 25 December 2007 (CST)

Does saving Uncle Crimbo and Crimbo from being assimilated by finishing the dedecahedron give an additional prize? --Shademaster00 09:58, 25 December 2007 (CST)

  • As far as I've seen, no. And the matching is purely coincidence. (3 Moxie accounts, all Blender, one got the cup and the other two got the horsey.)--MaskedLihc 11:11, 25 December 2007 (CST)
Definitely coincidence, since my Muscle Class/Muscle Sign multi got the Jacks, and my Myst Class/Myst Sign multi got the Horse. --Douglas Hossenfeffer 11:49, 25 December 2007 (CST)
