I don't know if the origin is Sluggy Freelance (as much as I would like it to be). I've seen this theme reoccuring in many other places, including cartoons like "Rugrats" and an anime (which I can't remember the name of for my life) that involves a character enraged and while he isn't looking, trips over the tip of the top of a pyramid, pawing at it trying to lift it up | I don't know if the origin is Sluggy Freelance (as much as I would like it to be). I've seen this theme reoccuring in many other places, including cartoons like "Rugrats" and an anime (which I can't remember the name of for my life) that involves a character enraged and while he isn't looking, trips over the tip of the top of a pyramid, pawing at it trying to lift it up only to realize he has to dig further down (at which points he gets his other friends, or something).
