* If you want to make sure it went through, do a hard refresh. For windows it's ctrl+F5, and for mac, it's Command+Shift+R. I have to do this every time I edit the wiki. Even on the recent changes page after an edit. It's really annoying.--[[User:Erich|Erich]] 07:24, 26 January 2012 (CET) | * If you want to make sure it went through, do a hard refresh. **In all versions of Firefox (Mac, Linux, Windows, FF 0.8 to 9.1) you can force reload by holding Shift while hitting the reload button. Currently that is the little loop arrow on the right side of the url bar. I pretty sure this dates back to [[wikipedia:NCSA Mosaic|NCSA Mosaic]], the one that started them all. Damn, I've been using the web a long time.--{{User:Club/sig}} 19:49, 26 January 2012 (CET) | **In all versions of Firefox (Mac, Linux, Windows, FF 0.8 to 9.1) you can force reload by holding Shift while hitting the reload button. Caching and Edits
- Re your concerns with editing. The current wiki version is annoying in not refreshing the page properly, to the point of showing the older version when you click edit. Reload the page after you press edit and it should show the most current version. --Fig bucket 03:05, 26 January 2012 (CET)
- If you want to make sure it went through, do a hard refresh. For windows it's ctrl+F5, and for mac, it's Command+Shift+R. I have to do this every time I edit the wiki. Even on the recent changes page after an edit. It's really annoying.--Erich 07:24, 26 January 2012 (CET)
